As our contract is written now, we get 100 hours of 'unverified' sick leave per year, no look-back.

Under the failed TA, it changed to '15 days' with a look-back provision.

At the daily guarantee of 5:15/dy, that's only 78:45 hours per year unverified.

We stood to lose 21:15 hours of unverified sick leave.
