Things I have learned during my tenure are Omni:
1. The paycheck is always on time.
2. They are very vengeful and will suspend you without pay for a month for any and all infractions.

Oh, and to the guy calling Omni a "good job" because the paychecks clear on time: That's a minimum legal requirement for having employees, not a "pro" on the list of things that make a job "good."
