Why do you hate America?
The agreements we signed to stay out of, and then to get out of, Bankruptcy, were full of concessions, many of which are ongoing today, such as PAY still 18% below 2004 rates, No DB Plan, PBS Staffing efficiencies with us flying 87 instead of 75, and huge increases in medical insurance costs.
We have ALREADY given Delta all the concessions they needed to survive!
We paid IN ADVANCE!
Delta doesn't NEED any more concessions from it's pilot group to survive today. They would LIKE to get us to trade more concessions for more 3% pay raises, and you want to help them do it. Stockholm Syndrome, pure and simple.
Why? How much money does Delta have to earn before you stand up and say, ENOUGH CONCESSIONS!
Instead of trying to sell us more concessions, why don't you try working to RESTORE our contract to PRE-BANKRUPTCY pay/retirement levels?
