I've been looking forward to this change...yes, I am a dork. I was skeptical at first, but it seems that the whole operation is being improved, and everyone who has been around awhile has noticed. That's why I think tablets are within management's want and ability to deliver on. This pilot group has stepped up to the plate under more austere conditions, but current metrics show the kind of performance that is possible when management provides better resources/compensation.
