We received a report last year at the BOD from the Special Representational Structure Review Committee (yeah, I know, ridiculous name) on the subject of web casting or podcasting meetings and roadshows. The legal department had the most strenuous objections for many very important reasons, but the IT department also disagreed with the idea due to complexity and costs. Basically, it just isn't a very good idea. I had been in favor of it prior to reading the report, but the committee made a very good argument and I changed my mind.
