The legal department had the most strenuous objections for many very important reasons, but the IT department also disagreed with the idea due to complexity and costs. Basically, it just isn't a very good idea. I had been in favor of it prior to reading the report, but the committee made a very good argument and I changed my mind.
Compexity and cost? Yeah, all those videos on You Tube must cost a fortune. A digital video camera, and a site to upload your video file is all it takes. Not long ago we got a "video message" from DW.
