I think the point being made is that a fully informed pilot group would be given those specifics too. It is incumbent on the union leadership to make us aware of the plan (we assume they have), assure us it is ready and remove any doubts. They should give us as much info as possible and an unbiased view on how post-no vote events might go down. Sure there are unknowns, but they have more insight into the process than most of us.
Bottom line: a yes vote should not result out of the impression (intentional or not) that we are unprepared to turn this TA down.
