I don't care either way I just don't know if United still has me on the hook and will put me on reserve as soon as OE is done or if I'm off with pay or without. I'm just curious because my squadron is looking for a pilot to do a short trip next week and I don't know if I'm able to do it or not.
The 3 hours/day training pay stops when you finish training (OE complete). UPA paragraph 3-E-1-c doesn't specifically say that, but it's inferred because training is complete and it doesn't say anything about still getting paid to the end of the bid month.

It would be awesome if it did though, cause it would be like SRM every time you went on a trip for the remainder of the bid period.
