Not heard of this but would be nice. The bad part is you're not getting paid. But if you are truly treated as a line holder what does your pay screen say? Is there a line holder min guarantee PTC?

First month if you accrue enough hours between training and iol blockers to equal the minimum line holder, and if you don't put in a bid, you will have the remaining days off.

Agreed. You're off til you go on reserve next month. As a line holder you should be able to pick up trips in STT for extra $$.

I got called for an assignment before I started IOE. Then I got called for an assignment while I was in IOE.

Left hand, meet the right.

Thanks for all the replies. So looking at my pay register after my IOL days which end on 24th I have 81 hours. So if what you say is correct I should be off after the 24th until the 29th when the next bid period starts. We'll see. I'll see what they come up with for me and report back.
