And the guys retiring in the future will lose more in the TVM equation, not the other way around. The A plan cap will always be worth more the farther back in time you go.
Nope my point was if we wanted it raised we should have raised it 2 contracts ago. IMO I see no reason for FEDEX to ever raise the 130K cap. I know, you already have a pink and orange A Plan Cap Removal lanyard ready but that ship has sailed.
