How does that problem typically occur? A lot of it arises from back end deviators who wait to deviate until they arrive at their location on time. At least it's what I'd guess.

Did we fix back end dead head for deviators? That is to say, if you deviate and then the FedEx flight or scheduled dead head is delayed, is the deviant deviator getting paid less than the guy who sticks with the schedule?

If not, this seems like the priority fix that should have been made if you want to cut down on needless ticket charges.
