What if you have two tickets in the system and are delayed in the field? 2x$25 for that incident minus the freebie(s)? I need to re-read it. Is the freebie(s) for the month or per trip?
How does that problem typically occur? A lot of it arises from back end deviators who wait to deviate until they arrive at their location on time. At least it's what I'd guess.
Did we fix back end dead head for deviators? That is to say, if you deviate and then the FedEx flight or scheduled dead head is delayed, is the deviant deviator getting paid less than the guy who sticks with the schedule?
If not, this seems like the priority fix that should have been made if you want to cut down on needless ticket charges.
