I got a call today from ASA for the phone screening. Everything seemed to go well, and they asked me what my availability is like. Told them I'm available anytime. However, I was not offered an interview over the phone.

Do they always offer the interview during the phone screening, or do they sometimes get back? Just concerned that I didn't get the interview, and I wouldn't know why, since they called me. ASA is my first choice.
