UCH has gone after the cheapest or "supposedly" more economical aircraft. Even the 787 hasn't lived up to the hype, batteries, down time, engine icing, true fuel burn etc.
The safety newsletter is constantly covering a 737 tail strike. So imo an aircraft we might not think would show up on property might surprise us. Such as the NSNB aircraft mentioned in the jcba extension. That is what it had to do with this thread.
