To anyone who actually believes that will happen, I have some beautiful oceanfront property just outside Phoenix for sale. Hit me up and we can talk price.

In all seriousness, my educated guess is that any improvement to pay will be minimal at best, and will not even put a dent in attrition. Just look at who is running the company. The COO used to run regional airlines, that should tell you everything you need to know about his views on pilot pay. The CEO is a very decent guy from what I know of him, but he's not going to support handing out big salary increases, since he has to answer to the board/investors. And the most ludicrous of all is the former CEO, who actually still believes that the company is doing pilots some huge favor just by employing them. Until those three open up their eyes, nothing significant will change.
