Home basing would not work with our business model. We are a regional fractional, and keeping pilots in the specific bases we have is part of the product that we sell to our shareowners.

I can't tell if your post was intended to be a bit sarcastic, but no company is going to change their operating model just because prospective pilots call and ask them to. There are plenty of other places that offer home basing. Those places also have their own sets of pros and cons. It all depends on what you're looking for in an employer.
