They won't be redoing the SLI if that's what you guys are asking. I think it will just change to give full credit from hire date similar to what was done for the furloughed '78 guys. I know somebody has a copy of that agreement to share and I bet Heppner will use that as a basis.

Off the top of my head:

- longevity pay determination
- vacation
- pass longevity
- The big thing is that anything to do with DOH will include all your furlough time for any calculations when DOH required.
