Their recruiting efforts are nothing new or secret.

The only thing that is required is that once you're "in the pipe" you're told "you're not in the pipe, nor ever been in the pipe."

And if you're lucky enough to become a Pipefitter you're now and forever known as a Window Washer.

Although they do take a lot of great Pipefitters out of the Industry you are given authority to use the secret bottle of Windex.
