The official reason XJT and TSA got those aircraft was staffing fears at envoy due to high attrition numbers. The numbers have stabilized and those aircraft can be staffed. Envoys performance numbers are good and the costs must be in line with their goals so I expect the aircraft to return.
The only reason I would imagine they would stay with you is their condition and number of cycles.
