I can promise you AWAC isn't hiring anyone with a pulse, not hiring in the parking lot or over the phone and we are still fully staffed.

What? They are very short CAs now. The latest upgrade class assigned for an effective date was just moved up even earlier.

Everyday they have just enough CA RSVs as OT trips. Hardly hiring any FOs (like a lot of places). I don't know what the game plan is, but they are gonna have to start upgrading more

Didn't we have 800+ pilots a year ago? Now we're at 740. Doesn't seem like we can keep up with attrition.

Apparently attention to detail isn't included in those highly selective screening standards. I mean who really needs such a trait to fly a jet anyway
