You wholy owns crack me up, truth be told, you are a financial tool to the mainline. If mainline needs to show a financial loss, they throw money at you and life is good. When they need to show strong earnings to stock holders, you eat ****. Enjoy that roller coaster. One day they say you are getting tons of e-jets, and ramping up to take over the world, the next day they shelve it and not give a crap. Small potatoes in the big picture
You seriously think that's funny?

You are tool used to whipsaw other pilots groups. You must be so proud.

Because Compass has the worst YTD Completion Factor, worst D+0, and worst A+14 for all of the 10 carriers flying under American Eagle.

Would like to see the data on that. Sept is a small subset but compass exceed every single number American gave them for completion factor d0 and a14

Funny? It is reality, and you are an idiot for getting mad about it, knowing full well you are employed in a job market predicated on undercutting the next guy for a contract.

Everyone knows that performance is just a carrot. If regionals were really not meeting performance goals, they'd be paying penalties. If anything, AA and company likes it when their regionals meet contractual goals but not when they exceed performance goals so they don't have to pay out bonuses. As long as too many people aren't missing connections, all they really care about is cost.

Parker is on record as saying there are four or five to many regionals flying for American.

Those 175s you are flying were supposed to go to envoy but the lack of a signed pilot contract forced them to find another home for them for the time being. There is a contract in place now.

You do the math.

Parker is also on record as saying there is a need to diversify the feed and hire independent regionals to compete with the other two legacy airlines. Go ahead and add that to the equation.

And they did that.

He always talks about American and its relationship with American Eagle and how it was wrong to have only one regional affiliate and have them such an integral part of mainline.

His stated vision is to have five or six regionals that operate as their own companies (even the WO).

There are ten now.

No matter what you think of Parker what he and Isom say in public has been panning out.

And yet Parker willingly brought TSA, XJT, and Compass into the fold. There is what he says and what he's been doing.

What is, is, and will be. The more players in the whipsaw, the better for Parker and friends.
