A quick upgrade for the 75 guys already on property, who will upgrade as a result of these jets. But for anyone not on property yet, it's gonna be $22/hr, buy your own iPad, and tell your spouse to get a real job to provide health insurance for a long time. I don't see how this doesn't end in a Republic-like situation in less than 2 years.

If so, then why wasn't that clearly stated in the press release? Wouldn't they want all those upgrade-crazy FOs at other regionals to know just how fast they can be captaining a shiny a new E-175 if they jump ship now?
