A quick upgrade for the 75 guys already on property, who will upgrade as a result of these jets. But for anyone not on property yet, it's gonna be $22/hr, buy your own iPad, and tell your spouse to get a real job to provide health insurance for a long time. I don't see how this doesn't end in a Republic-like situation in less than 2 years.

We all do, when they kill each other.

It does. There simply can be no other way.

Can't find anything that says when these deliveries will be. But if its anything like SkyWest, these new planes won't be around until late 2016, early 2017. A lot can happen in one year.

It would be very unlike Mesa to announce something that far in advance. That's not how they roll from my experience.

I was told by someone in the training department that the deliveries would begin in December, with us receiving three of them initially. He told me the schedule for the rest, but I honestly don't remember.

He told me this last night, and I thought it was just another rumor until I got the email today.

I heard it starts in December. Why else would they keep making all these new ejet captains. Seems to check. I dunno and don't really care though.

If so, then why wasn't that clearly stated in the press release? Wouldn't they want all those upgrade-crazy FOs at other regionals to know just how fast they can be captaining a shiny a new E-175 if they jump ship now?
