I wish it was that easy to help. There is nothing we can do until regionals get a real Union that unifies every regional under a umbrella collective bargaining environment. Until then we are all going to continue to be our own worst enemy.

From what I've seen, all regionals aren't the same. Yes they all suck, but there are different levels of suck. From talking to friends at republic, Colgan, and Mesa I learned that I didn't have it close to as bad as they did. Unfortunatly XJT is now a ****hole because they are shrinking into oblivion, but at one time it was a decent company.

Just from personal experience, I know a "friend" that was fired from republic during new hire training that is now flying for Mesa. I'm really surprised any one would hire the guy. From what I've seen mesa's standards are well below its peers
Hm, I think we may happen to know the same guy.... Bad life decision-making, but he has some stick and rudder skills, though.

Absoluteley agree! We are our own worst enemy……like bashing each other while all the airline CEOs/Upper mgt laughs all the way to the bank with record profits. "My regional is better than yours, my plane is better, shinier, faster, you fly props vs. a jet, your company took our flying" etc, etc, etc... hung up on petty stuff as our dreams are pimped out…….we should stand together collectively because when it gets down to the nitty, gritty we are in the same boat! If Walmart/fast food workers can demand better, why can't a highly educated, experienced pilot work force across the board do the same? Union or no union. It's time to take a real good look at ourselves and our industry, instead of the same old b***tching and bashing…..

And what's your experience like two years.

But hey if that's your cup of tea then go for it!
I encourage all retarded pilots to apply to Mesa. There or GoJets.
