Financing is part of the reason Mesa said they have no money to pay their pilots what there worth. (Besides the fact they are just cheap) We've been putting everything on a credit card for a long time and our "razor thin" margins are partly because we owe our creditors a ton of money.

Susan Ormond or Dave Ramsey would say that is a bad idea...

You don't owe your creditors s--- you stiffed them 750 million during BK and those creditors are your current owners !!!!

They've got to be the same planes, maybe Mesa and United came to a deal for Mesa to purchase them.

There's nothing different about our creditors vs that of Skywest or Republic. Except maybe we have a higher interest rate

Guess they figured it's better for them to operate e175s than crjs. Tougher to scrape 175 wing tips.

To clarify things... 15 are owned by United, we are getting 15 more that we will own. 15 + 15 = 30. We will be operating 30 ejets, and very likely, ejets for American down the road... What survives a nuclear war? Cockroaches and Mesa. Get over it, be haters, we are not going away any time soon...
