It really depends on your base and aircraft type. The Phenom guys tend to be on the road the majority of their rotation. 10-11 days is not uncommon during busy times of the year. King Air and CJ tend to be home more, but that's starting to change too due to increased attrition. They are very actively hiring, and a class of 8 I believe just went through indoc, but we are still understaffed.
I think a fair bet at this point, if on the 12/3 schedule, is to be prepared to be working 10 days per rotation. Sometimes it will be far less, but it wouldn't be wise to go into it expecting that.
