Just out of curiosity does United still want 1000 TPIC? Would a candidate be better off building 1000 TPIC or going to an ULCC when the end goal is United? I currently have 100 TPIC (just upgraded) and trying to evaluate whether or not to leave my current spot to go to an ULCC.
I know a bunch of guys with zero TPIC get hired at United. So the fact you have 100, and still building that's better than not having it at all. What's ULCC?
