Dude, the only reason I think I have had it harder is because of guys that assume I don't have the qualifications I should for getting my job, all of which I do. It is annoying and gets old really fast.

Also, I do wish that affirmative action would go away so people would stop making assumptions about why I did get my job. Of course, then you wonder if some minorities would get passed up for a job say if someone in HR or recruiting was racist, felt that women belonged only in the kitchen, etc. You just never know.
