Envoy/Piedmont... well if you aren't interested in American (as you stated) I wouldn't bother, and the same goes for PSA (I wouldn't bother wasting my time interviewing in your shoes) As for Compass, I think their guaranteed flow movement is just about done if not already. Endeavor, has improved, though there is plenty of room for further improvement, especially on reserve. But at least most of the pay has been restored to pre bankruptcy (with the retention bonus) However Delta refuses to put anything in writing guaranteeing the guy with CJO's there that they will truly be honored and we've already seen a small backtrack this year. To balk on the deal would be a disaster here I believe, but I don't trust Delta either since they refuse to put anything in writing.
I'd still put SkyWest and Envoy at the top of his list based on commutability alone (to DEN/IAH and DFW respectively, depending on how hard those are to hold; not sure about that). Endeavor would probably be third; the best for money (not insignificantly so), decent for movement, but not so great a commute.
