Think you've been smoking a little too much of that (legal) cannibas in your state.
Post a single word of mine where I approved of a crewmember talking/texting during a critical phase of flight, or flight operation. (e.g. taxiing/flight planning) Don't think you can, but good luck trying to find it. [emoji57]
My problem was and still is with Captjns touting his "professional standards" - per company policy - and at the same time, taking it upon himself to "confiscate" someone's personal property. That practice is unacceptable, borderline bullying & I GUARANTEE YOU is also against Captjns's company policies.
