Hey all new to the forums here. Have a couple of questions that I could not find while scrolling through this thread. Regarding to the schedule. On average are most pilots gone the full 12 days or do most people see home more often then that per month.
They're short pilots now so some have had pretty brutal schedules lately. They are hiring and plan to hire more but that will take time to get them trained and spun up. All in all though in the short time I've been here its a good company. Probably not the best place to stay for a long term career but its a good group of people and a great place to get experience. Many of the problems I've read about here have been and are being addressed by management. Could management do a better job? Sure. Could they pay more? Yes. But you could say that about alot of places to work out there.
