Nope. Anything can be negotiated if all parties agree.
But what's in it for us? (Seriously.)
It's not like we need permission to pick up cancelled orders nor were Republic pilots very receptive to "flow" when the current was moving the other direction.
Just saying.
(p.s. I would be receptive to granting slightly preferential interviews as long as the interviewers were 100% furloughed UA pilots who were graciously offered "new hire" opportunities at Republic.)
