It could, but I highly doubt it. Flows usually only get negotiated for wholly owned carriers. I honestly prefer to let everyone have an equal chance (may not seem that way to those wanting to get an interview), and give us (United Pilots/Company) the chance to pick from the entire pool, not just from a small portion.
