There is a reason why most of the senior pilots at Omni are not part of the Union process...We don't like playing childish games with babies, and most have more years dealing with the Teamsters than the EXCO has been in aviation...And that's including playing with his Lego Airplanes...
It all comes down to the pilot group. You admit to not being a part of the union process, yet you're surprised nothing is happening. A union doesn't work by paying someone else to do stuff for you; a union works on solidarity. You must fly the CBA. You must care enough to step up and do work. Nothing is ever handed to you.
You must earn your next contract. Stan is loving the fact that you guys blame 1224 rather than actually unify; he'll get another great deal on the next CBA at this rate.
