I'm leaning towards the ME PIC but still am torn. Each option has it's benefits! If I took the new job I'd get turbine time in a crew environment along with the ocassional IMC. I suppose I need to stay put and stick it out. I hear to upgrade to a captain I need a min. of 500hrs in type to meet the insurance requirements. So that means I'll have to fly the ditch even longer. If I eventually go to the regionals, they mostly want 100 to 300 multi PIC. I suppose the biggest draw back is if i want to go corporate. I think Most of those gigs require some turbine time.
