Most guys I fly with were hired in their early to mid 20's after spending a couple years at a commuter, or flying night freight.

It's funny, every "older" generation always thinks the younger one is entitled, forgetting how they were back then.
All things considered, the younger generation has worked harder, for longer, for less money, than their older counterparts by far.
But hey, if it makes you feel better about yourself, go ahead and look down at us.
