I ask myself where are we headed these days...it costs like 5-8k for a PPL alone and lets not talk about Intrument, Commercial, ME, etc.....in the end you look forward to a 20k/yr job and thats if your lucky enough to make it out of the CFI deal....then there are talks of User fees...eh...What does the future hold for us?....my passion for flying is what keeps me going but there is a part of me that is slightly worried. Like everyone says on here, "have a plan B" (mine is the mechanical side since i have my A&P) But I really wont be happy unless Im flying.....Anybody care to have a discussion about the future of commercial aviation.....
