I am not trying to start a flamebait, just passing on what I was told.

I recently went on a dinner date with a Delta Red Coat. She explained to me that she worked for DGS and wasn't really Delta. She was telling me how the Delta employees just got the big raise but not DGS. But she went on to say that quietly DGS has grown rapidly and Delta is replacing regular employees with DGS in order to reduce costs. She also said it just isn't "below wing but also above wing" ... whatever she meant by that.

Maybe some of you Delta guys can shed some light.
