Agreed, but at the end of the day your bank account doesn't know the difference between a $40 hour pay rate and a $25 + 20K yearly bonus. It only knows at the end of the year you have more money with the bonus.
$20,000 a year is fine but what about all the soft money in Endeavor Pilots lost concessions. What is Republic or offering in terms of soft money.
