It's not the best, but it certainly isn't the worst that you make it seem to be. This year's payraise was hourly-rate pay parity with jetBlue's previous year pay (2014 rate) which was effective at the time. This summer jetBlue got their increased to 2015 but at the time, we pretty much matched their rates. And jetBlue has the highest A320 pay rates after the 3 legacies.
Anyways... Yeah we do have Thanksgiving and the Friday off, but class resumes Saturday and finishes Sunday, so not an ideal time to take a break for me. Doesn't seems to bother anybody in class, a few extra days to prepare for the final. Seems interviews are still moving along decently, will be interested to see 2016 and their desires of hiring 60/month.
