What are your times right now? I've been researching the regionals lately and yes, there are places that will pay more and have you flying bigger airplanes... but the bases you can pick and the upgrade time and the stability fo this company and history furloughing (or lack thereof) are worth it... I just turned down an interview invitation from Piedmont today (their upgrade time is 4 years last I heard)... I will also turn down the ASA interview invitation because I don't want to live in Atlanta or SoCal and I don't want to move... Let me know if you have any questions. The only bad thing you'll hear about it is that some people are worked a lot... BOOHOO!!!
