I don't know, but personally, I like the uniform the way it is. I wear the guys tie. I couldn't even IMAGINE wearing the female tie. I think it looks.....well, so freaking retarded I can't bear the thought of wearing it. The guys hat just needs to be a little smaller. I feel like the statue of liberty wearing it but I would rather wear it than a female looking hat that you speak of. Those look stupid, IMO. My only problem is the pants. Most uniform places make the pants with pleats, with the waistline really small and the hip area large. It makes all females look like they have a pear shape. I just took mine in and had them altered to take the pleats out.
