Our APU, VDO, and CC reserve assignment pickup are better for reserve QOL than most other places. But the huge gaps in the contract language make SC and FSB conversion and Global Reserve rolls a beating. The fact that nothing was done, if that is in fact the case, is frustrating. That frustration will not prevent me from voting for the totality of the offer, but am going to find out why this wasn't addressed and then look for negotiators willing to do better.
