Congratulations on the CJO! NYC should work for you. 9e usually operates at least two BOS to JFk flights a two and you get jumpseat priority on those. Plus there's the LGA shuttle which runs pretty frequently. Worst case you can take the train or drive but unless there's a major mechanical or weather issue you shouldn't have too much of a problem getting to work. JetBlue is a good backup as well.

Things should hopefully keep improving and if there's any chance they can actual hire the kind of numbers they want then movement should be pretty good next year.
