Come on fellas. Yes the 14.5% raise is effective starting on Dec.1. You all do realize that your December 15 paycheck reflects what you earned in November and that the end of the month paycheck is an advance!?! So a raise in December isn't actually paid until January 15, 2016....

Is that true for all non-cons? Not trying to start an argument over peanuts but I think there will be some increased wage expense some where this year. As I said earlier, minimal. Not worried about it but full disclosure...
