Well I would say that you're in a good place to have a good experience with republic. Pit is the most junior base, you will be on reserve for less than a month. All new hires are going to the 175. You will make around 40 grand on first year pay. The new pay protections, full cancelation pay and no junior manning are all major pluses.

However. If you already think you are above working here, take a pass and go somewhere else. There are plenty of people here and at other regionals with much more total time and PIC then you who don't think this place or there's is beneath them. Good luck getting past any interview with that attitude.
