Does anybody know if any of the Sim hours during training counts taowrds R-ATP?
I made the mistake of doing the right thing and letting my boss and students know of every step in the process of going to a Regional. From interview through hire and class date, I kept them up to date. That has directly resulted in losing students and flight hours. I was easily getting 100 hours every 4 weeks, now I am not sure I can get the 90 or so hours in 6 weeks I have left to get.

Yes, CTP and Sim times can be used towards mins, however, its best to have everything prior to getting there as it could possibly hold up your oral. If you get there and those times won't get you over the threshold, it will be up to you to get the time while in Indoc/systems.
That's about 20 hours or so? I mean, I am still sure I can make it. But if I am like 10 hours short or so I don't want to drop $1000 on a rental when I would have gotten them during SIM any way.

Sure you can get the time in the sim. However you cannot do the oral until you have the required hours. I'm not sure on the current policy, before candidates were allowed to move forward without the hours. I believe recently the company has gotten away from this because people who have to do the oral during sim have had a significantly higher failure rate.

I was offered a class for 5/1 but let them know it wouldn't work out for me. I was told to reapply. I applied last week and was told no thanks. I'm former 121, no DUIs, no failures, college degree and live in ORD. I don't understand. Hoping it's because I have to wait six months to apply.

So not sure where the issue is. Have you specifically talked with your recruiter?
