THIS is a perfect representation of the interview experience. Everyone involved is pleasant, and they go out of their way to make the experience as low-stress as possible.

Be someone that they would want to fly next to for hours on end.

Be ready for them to ask why you got the boot.

Other than that, the interview experience is great.

That was pretty harsh, sorry to hear about it. You should have no problems with the interview, and they just upped the signing bonus for people with previous 121.

Interview includes a 20 question ATP-style exam on an iPad, HR questions, and technical questions from a pilot.
