So is it true RAH is offering 20K for 145 FO newhires? I thought the new CBA prevented them from doing bonuses to newhires, without paying equal bonus to all pilots on seniority list. That's a crazy 1st year payrate for 145 FO, but I guess they're still desperate. Wonder why they're so desperate?
