I'm pretty sure the highest the bonus got up to for the 145 was 12.5k. I can't say for certain they are still hiring into the 145, but they just allowed 30-40 FO's to bid off the 145 in the last two months (something that rarely happens) if that is any indication of them even wanting to hire into the 145.
In regards to contract language for the new hire bonus- with respect to signing bonuses, upon the Amendable Date, the Company may continue to offer such bonuses so long as the amount of such bonuses does not exceed 5% more than the average amount paid by Compass, SkyWest, Endeavor, Envoy, PSA, and Air Wisconsin, to the extent offered by such carriers, unless the Company and the Union agree to a greater amount.
