Thank you for the honest response. My husband is looking at RAH coming from the USAF and it's been tough to get any info just griping and bashing the place. I've done the regionals. 5 years at Comair, made 14,000 my first year and never once held a line, so the deal at RAH...to me...a former RJ pilot from the 2007-08 recession time frame...is quite good! I really don't think that regarding only positive responses as "honest" while dismissing negative posts from pilots that actually have experience with the company as "griping and bashing" will yield valid results.
...neither will irrelevant comparisons to former era that was exposed and regarded as so unpalatable that congress actually enacted unprecedented legislation in an attempt to help end it.
My point is that there are plenty of reasons to dislike RJET. There are plenty of reasons to like it. Different situations within the company vary greatly and you should take the time to carefully research it using all available information, as opposed to merely searching for the answer that you want to hear.
