I really don't think that regarding only positive responses as "honest" while dismissing negative posts from pilots that actually have experience with the company as "griping and bashing" will yield valid results.

...neither will irrelevant comparisons to former era that was exposed and regarded as so unpalatable that congress actually enacted unprecedented legislation in an attempt to help end it.

My point is that there are plenty of reasons to dislike RJET. There are plenty of reasons to like it. Different situations within the company vary greatly and you should take the time to carefully research it using all available information, as opposed to merely searching for the answer that you want to hear.
