Climb to 350 is infamous for recycling ads. However, as an employer, we get resumes from old ads and we put new ads in when we are actively looking. These days, if the resume is more than 3 months old, chances are the applicant has moved on.

I been applying for a REVA air ambulance first officer position in PHX for a while and a new ad would be posted every month, but on their website it looks like their just hiring for FLL. Just wondering since I meet the mins other than me having 121 experience vs 135 experience.
